The Woodinville Lacrosse Club exists to make lacrosse available to all students, in addition to providing a meaningful and enduring lacrosse experience for players and families in our community.

Mission Statement:

The Woodinville Lacrosse Club is a non-profit organization that provides lacrosse for students K-12 in the Woodinville High School feeder program.  We strive to provide fun and competitive opportunities to play and compete. We are focused on individual and team development through fundamentals, tactics and a holistic coaching methodology. By implementing these methods, we aim to develop players who can play and compete with top talent in the state of Washington. 

Core Values – Community, Culture, & Commitment

Woodinville Lacrosse is more than just a rec club.  It is a network of families whose core values are aligned with the community, tradition and discipline of being a Falcon.

Club participants form relationships with their teammates and coaches from early ages.  High school players have been playing together since elementary school, which helps cultivate a commitment to each other as brothers, and buy into something greater than themselves.  This loyalty is evident in families as well, many of whom have had multiple sons in the program.

Our tradition goes far deeper than winning, it’s the experience off the field that builds memories and life lessons.  Creating a top tier experience for all our players, and families while mentoring players is our top priority.  Coaches mentor players at all levels. Varsity players coach elementary level players, creating a unique internal bond, under the supervision of Director and WHS Varsity head coach.

Through this mentorship, young players aspire to someday be in the shoes of their Varsity heroes, and Varsity players gain insight and leadership skills. 

Woodinville Lacrosse also has a tradition of philanthropy.  Every year, all levels of the club participate in the Washington Love tournament, which raises funds for a family facing adversity and in need of support in the broader Washington lacrosse community.

Woodinville Lacrosse value of commitment grows in the heart of every player, on and off the lacrosse field.  With our vertical program curriculum players repeat the same drills and warm-ups, with focus on the basics from Kindergarten through Varsity.  Holding on to the commitment to excellence in all we do no matter how repetitive the fundamentals extends beyond games.  Many players over the years have achieved academic excellence, attending high caliber universities around the country, bolstered in their efforts by the discipline they’ve practiced on the field, which supports the grit and determination to achieve elsewhere in life.
