Lance has been involved with Woodinville lacrosse since 2016 when his son Alex started playing in 3rd grade. Alex is currently a Junior and will play midfielder on the high school team. Lance has coached in the past in the youth programs, and now serves as spotter for high school games. When not involved with lacrosse, he enjoys hiking, wake-surfing, jet skiing, and golf.

Sarah has been a member of the Woodinville community since 2011, when she and her husband, Andrew moved from the Seattle area. Her son, Mayes has played lacrosse with the Woodinville Lacrosse Club since he was in first grade. Mayes is currently enjoying playing defense as a 7th grader. Mayes also plays baseball, football, basketball and is an avid mountain biker. Sarah's daughter, Sawyer, a Freshman at Woodinville High School, plays club volleyball. When not watching and supporting her kids in their athletic endeavors, Sarah enjoys walks with friends traveling and spending time at the beach.

Currently a commercial pilot, Josh put down roots in Woodinville in 2019 after serving as a fighter pilot in the United States Navy and flying top secret spy planes in the United States Air Force. He joined the board in 2023 after helping coach the 3/4 team the previous two years. Originally from Boardman, Ohio, Josh attended the United States Naval Academy earning a Mechanical Engineering degree and lettering in football as a linebacker. When not flying, he enjoys mountain biking, skiing, looking at airplane pictures, and working around his house. His two sons have both played lacrosse since they were in grade school. Gage is currently a freshman midfielder at O'dea and Hunter plays with the 7/8th grade team as a long pole defenseman.

I grew up in Woodinville and attended WHS and now my 2 kids, a senior and sophomore (lax player) attend WHS as well! I’m a 1st grade teacher in NSD. In our free time our family loves to be outdoors in the mountains or at the beach!
