If you wish to be a great lacrosse player someday or simply an asset to your team, put in the time now playing wall ball. Here is Coach Crowley's routine. If you are a 7/8A or High School player, you should feel that you are practicing to reach the goal of doing all 10 steps with 10 reps of each in UNDER 210 SECONDS. Starters on V, JV and 7/8A should be under 180 seconds. Don't practice 10 reps each though, practice at 50 reps each to build your skills.
Coach Crowley says:
* Use your Gloves
* Keep your feet moving
* Focus on fundamentals, not speed.
